You can’t mindset your way out of survival mode. When your body is stuck in fight-or-flight, no amount of affirmations will stick. That’s why my approach starts with your nervous system which is the core of how you experience life.
I don’t hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. I meet you where you are. I learn how you see the world, how your body reacts, and what keeps you looping in old patterns. Then, together, we shift your perspective and teach your nervous system how to feel safe in the life you’re creating.
It’s mindset work, but it’s also soul work; gentle, honest, and real.
How It Works

1. The Self-Guided Journey
A downloadable step-by-step workbook that helps you reconnect with your body and mind. Inside, you’ll find practices for regulating your nervous system, rewiring your thought patterns, and learning to anchor peace within yourself.
2. The Guided Experience
Work directly with me for one month.
We meet once a week for meditation, breathwork, and personal coaching designed around your nervous system. Each session is intuitive and individualized. No scripts, no pretending. Just connection, truth, and healing in real time.
When you join the coaching program, you’ll get the workbook free, because the real power is in doing this work both in session and on your own.
You can choose what works best for you:
$75 per session, or
$250 for a 4-session package (a $50 savings)
Sessions are one-on-one, once per week, and available via Zoom or Phone for now. Payment options are available for those who need a little flexibility, because accessibility matters more than perfection.
